Hybrid Fibre-Wireless Network (HFW)

​Each Hybrid Fibre-Wireless Network (HFW) is unique. The network allows multiple service providers to co-locate on the towers and share the fibre backhaul to either a Supernet PoP or a Telus Central Office (CO).

A Hybrid Fibre-Wireless (HFW) network architecture is very flexible; allowing each the rural community to decide what network design bests support their community.

​Hybrid Fibre-Wireless (HFW) Network
1. Nine (9) Towers (CSA Approved)
2. Four (4) Towers - Backhaul Fibre to a Supernet Pop or Telus CO.

Each tower is designed to support multiple tenants:
1. Public Safety
2. Cellular
3. Broadband
4. Private Enterprise
